Gary, licensed in real estate sales since 1991, is the co-owner, broker and sales manager of RE/MAX 1 in Duluth. He provides leadership, training and guidance to make the best agents in the business even better. Gary reached individual success in representing buyers, sellers and investors throughout his sales career. Along with his wife, Emily, Gary operated Kalligher Realty, Inc. (1996-2008) and focused on relationship based real estate services; he continues to provide outstanding service to his clients. Gary holds the Graduate Realtors® Institute (G.R.I.) and Certified Residential Specialist (C.R.S.) designations. He recently received the CDPE designation via RSN Television classes through RE/MAX.

Jim Ronding was born in Duluth in 1963, and grew up in the Twin Ports area where he still enjoys living in a scenic, historic community with Lake Superior right out of his door! His wife of 24 years, Debbie Ronding, has left the accounting world to raise Rachael and Derek, and to help serve clients and customers needs when necessary. Jim graduated from Superior Senior High School and continued his education at WITC and sold insurance until he found his way into real estate in 1987. From the very beginning of his career he has stayed at or near the top of real estate in terms of production locally, while he has been recognized multiple times by the RE/MAX region of Minnesota and Wisconsin for production as a result of hard work, dedication, cutting-edge marketing ideas, and the best customer service in the industry. Daneese “Dana” Acton is proud to call Superior home, graduating from Superior Senior High School in 1975 & learning sales working at a local corner grocery store, Les’s. After graduation she served as a Police officer in the Air Force for 4 years and then obtained a degree as an X-Ray technologist, while working again in sales through college. Dana then gained 11 years of customer service experience at a local communications company and was promoted to office manager. Each one of these past careers, a love of history and a desire to explore prepared her to make the decision to become a REALTOR. In 1997 she passed her WI Real Estate exams. Steve Braman was born in Duluth, and resided most of his life in Superior and the Twin Ports area. After high school, Steve joined the Air Force where he lived throughout the United States, and realized that there’s no better place to call home. After a successful tour in Iraq, he continued his real estate education at Prosource/Kaplan University in Minneapolis/St. Paul. I am a lifelong, native Duluthian where quite a bit of that time has been spent in the outdoors. That is why Duluth and the surrounding area is such a great place to live. The outdoors (and fishing) came early for me. I was less than one year old when my parents took me on my first trip to the Boundary Waters. Fishing started at two years of age and I have been "hooked" ever since. Through the years I have gotten to know the Upper Great Lakes Area very well.

After college, I found Real Estate very interesting. I loved the idea of being able help people find and sell their homes in an area that I am quite fond of. I've been fortunate; I found a career that I enjoyed right out of college. Since 1977 I've helped over 1,000 families on the move in the Duluth area. I owned my own Real Estate Firm for over 16 years, but decided I enjoyed the sales and people in a transaction more than the management of other agents. I've been very active in the Duluth Area Association of Realtors, and served on every committee at least once. I was honored to be President of the Association in the 1980's, and also served on the Board of Directors for over 15 years.
I've also been very active in youth athletics in our area having coached Little League Baseball for approx 15 years and Youth Hockey for 6 years; active on both of these Board of Directors as well. I believe that if you give back to the community the community will give back to you!
My wife Peg and I have been blessed with 3 great boys, 1 in high school, and 2 in college.

I've received numerous production awards throughout the years. I was named "Realtor of the Year" by our Local Board (DAAR) in 1988 for my work in computerizing our MLS system.

I view my job as a Realtor as a coordinator of the transaction and problem solver. There are no transaction that are exactly the same but my experience and negotiating skills have helped my clients for over 30 years. Lynn moved to the Twin Ports to attend the University of Minnesota Duluth. After moving here she could not imagine living anywhere else and has lived here ever since. Her husband Jim (a native Duluthian) and her have been married since 2002 and they have three beautiful girls; Cora, Mae, and Alexandra. Lynn owns and manages several investment properties. Chad has always loved adventure, the outdoors, and people. He grew up hunting, fishing, skateboarding, rollerblading, snowboarding, golfing, playing sports...a little bit of everything. Currently, Chad enjoys climbing, hiking, blading, playing instruments, and spending time with family and friends. Chad was homeschooled through 8th grade, attended South Saint Paul Public High School in Minnesota for 9th and 10th before moving with his family to Duluth, MN. 10th and 11th were spent enrolled though Central High School in Duluth attending classes at the University of Minnesota - Duluth where Chad obtained 49 credits. Upon graduating high school in 2004, Chad received a full scholarship to the University of Wisconsin - Superior and pursued a degree in mathematics with plans to go on to Michigan Tech for Mechanical Engineering. After nearly completing a math degree Chad decided to pursue a different area of study: business marketing. Chad likes to think of this field as “Engineering for People.” During school Chad helped his family build their current house in South Superior (WI) and worked several jobs mostly in management and customer service. Chad graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Superior in May of 2009 with a business marketing degree and math minor. He came on board with RE/MAX 1 in June of 2009 and passed his real estate sales exam July 27. After work Chad spends time each week with the people he loves as well as working on his ironing skills, getting outdoors, and reading. Chad loves to serve the community and volunteers at Freshwater Vineyard working with music, youth, and numerous other areas including community events.
