Beverly is originally from a small town in western Minnesota. A Graduate of the University of Minnesota, Crookston with a bachelor’s degree in Horticulture/Landscape Design. She moved to Duluth in the fall of 2004, and is honored to be able to call this HOME! She has a genuine appreciation for the natural beauty and history of the area. Bev has been a full time, full service Realtor here in Duluth for the past three years. She specializes in single family residences and income properties in Northeastern Minnesota. She has also added a level to her service by becoming a certified EcoBroker, as well as an accredited buyer’s representative (ABR). She has over 10 years of experience in the service industry, prior to becoming a Realtor here in Duluth. This previous experience has given her a multitude of valuable skills that has enhanced my professional career, and outlook, in the real estate industry. On a personal note: She was recently married to her husband Jon, whom she met here in Duluth! She is the youngest of a large and wonderful family. Growing up on a farm, she says this is where she learned the importance of a hard work ethic! A handful of her hobbies include: photography, trail running, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, camping and snow shoeing.
